This 3 bedroom, 1 3/4 bathroom house is located in a perfect location for an ATSU family. It has an open floorplan, large kitchen, one car attached garage, an is a short five minute drive from campus. The house has central AC and gas heat. 10.Bedroom #3. It is upstairs, above the garage. We used it as a playroom/office. It has a large (unfinished) walk-in closet with lots of storage space.
